Worksheets, stock, financial data |

Worksheets are the most frequently used elements of the program. An easy usage is thus of primary importance. Printed or on-screen worksheets contain any previously stored information you wish to see or print out concerning a customer, such as previous visits, the products used, the type of payment and the retail sales. The system further offers you a summary of the entire historic data of all your customers and will calculate the mean spending, the number of visits and the special customer requests. This will allow you to develop a customer categorization system; premium customers can now be identified more easily. All opened worksheets are registered for security reasons. At any point of time you should have as many open worksheets as the number of customers currently present at your premises. Stock movement types are customizable. The most common stock movement types are purchases, retail sales, and intra-inventory movements. Stock levels at different storehouses are updated following the stock movements. A stock movement can be an inflow, outflow or a stock movement between storehouses. Financial transactions can be linked to stock movements. Financial transactions are the basic elements of your business; precise information and handling are thus required. Financial transactions are the basis for the balance of cash inflows and outflows, the balance of the cash drawer and for several important financial ratios. These include all transactions involving money transfer related to your business: payments by customers, prepayment of salaries, retiring cash from the cashier, sales by bank card etc. You can also view which transactions have or have not been accomplished. If a transaction is set to the state "Accomplished" it cannot be modified or deleted. This feature is included in
