Every employee has a work schedule which determines when he/she is at work and when he/she can deal with customers. You can set the general work schedule. You can also give weekly schedules for even and odd weeks. The current employee work schedule -that is, the actual daily working hours- can be easily modified. When you open a working day in the program, then the employee status will be automatically filled in as well. If work is organized according to a work schedule, then the days will be displayed as workdays on the Workday and Holiday Summary.
Using this function you can see how many days the employees work in the settlement period, how many holidays have been written out, if there was a sick leave etc. This function offers a complete review of employee attendances, with the help of which you can examine the workdays even on an annual base.
