Trainings

In Blonde you can register employee trainings. This is helpful for relating salaries to the training taken by employees, and to better determine the levels of juniors and stylists. You can specify the participants, the trainer (in case of internal training) and the date of courses.

Blonde enables you to mark whether the result of the training was accepted and also the achieved qualification. Keeping track of training is equally as important for your bookings. Employees cannot accept customers for services during training. In Blonde you can keep track of the professional training employees chose to undertake. This helps you to set salaries depending on the number and the level of training the employees have completed.
