Blonde is able to manage tickets for services. A ticket is a prepaid product used for paying services on subsequent appointments (An actual ticket is created when you sell a ticket to the customer.) The basic properties of tickets are the validity and the number of units. The start date of validity may be the sales date, the date of the first usage or any other date. The number of units determines how many times the customer can use the card. It is also possible to enter an unlimited unit number. One service may decrease the number of available units not only by 1 but also by any other number. E.g. You can set that 10 minutes of tanning is equal to 1 unit, a 20 minutes tanning equals to 2 units. Depending on the card type the card may be transferable to another customer. A ticket is not always a prepaid service. You have the option to sell cards representing a certain discount. E.g. you can create a card providing 20% discount on massage services for one year and an unlimited number of appointments. This card may then be given as a gift card to special customers. This card thus represents a special discount. All events linked to tickets and the numbers of units left are stored in the system. Thus, theoretically, there would be no need to print and hand out the actual cards to the customer. However, you can still print tickets as a reminder to the customer. This feature is included in
