Blonde handles multiple storehouses to keep track of stock levels. An infinite number of storehouses can be managed (depending on PC capabilities). One storehouse is usually sufficient for small businesses - this solution involves the fewest administrative tasks. You may also opt to use two storehouses: one is a background storehouse where only authorized staff may enter; the other is the front store where customers are allowed to enter. Using two storehouses allows you to have a greater control over processes: you get information on which storehouse has missing stocks etc.
You may link storehouses to employees. This means you can hand over stocks to your employees. Blonde also allows you to link storehouses to stock movement types by restricting which stock movements are allowed for given storehouses. E.g. sales as stock movements are allowed only from the shop, while purchases are allowed to shift products only to the inner storehouse.
