Customer data

One of the main functions of Blonde is managing customer data. This allows you to review the history of the services provided to the customer in the past, to tailor discounts to the customer and to encourage further customer visits with special offers. If you do not want to store customer data in the system, you can select the "special customer, Walk-in Customer" option when entering a booking or filling in a worksheet. You can keep any requested information, from "how did you hear about us" to "favorite employee" next to all the basic information (name, contact numbers, email).

You can also set up the custom properties according to your requirements. Variations in custom properties are unlimited and custom properties can be adapted entirely to the needs of your business.
