Our advanced booking system has all the information you require to make sure requested bookings are not rescheduled to a different employee or resource and to manage deposit payments for outstanding services. For an easier recognition of distinct bookings, bookings are shown in different colors in the window. For each employee you can check whether he/she is at work, attends a training, or has special activities at a specific time. A customer may place a booking for several services -one after the other- provided by different employees. The cells related to the same booking appear in the same color irrespective of whether the services of the specific booking are related to different employees. For most services the duration of each service is set automatically. However, you may change the duration whenever required. For larger businesses which may have bookings to numerous employees and resources, there is an option to group employees and resources into different views. A view acts as a filter, showing only the employees and resources attached to the specific view. Bookings are linked not only to employees but also to resources. Resources appear in distinct columns. You can allocate a resource to a booking in the same way as you allocate employees to bookings. For some resources you can link bookings from several customers. For example in case of aerobics courses your goal is to fill in the gym and to avoid overbooking. Gyms used for aerobics courses also need to be entered into the system with a notice of the allowed maximum number of customers for the resource. The maximal capacity depends on the service provided. E.g. the same gym may allow ten customers for an aerobics course while it may allow fifteen guests for a yoga course. This feature is included in
