Employee activities |
|
||
Blonde allows you to keep track of those employee activities that affect their working time and possibly their wages or the customer bookings. Such activities include lunch breaks, cleaning, material purchasing, training sessions etc. These activities have two categories: activities accounted as work time and activities not accounted as work time. The first category includes tasks done for the business but not having a related booking e.g. a business meeting. The second category is for time periods when the employee does not work e.g. lunch break. For a better management of bookings, activities appear on the Bookings window and you are enabled to add or modify employee activities from that window as well. Employee activities are clearly separated from bookings. While on the Activities window employee activities can be viewed in a list format allowing you to keep track of all activities of the past, the Bookings window presents the same information in a calendar format. Both formats allow you to modify activities. This feature is included in
