Customer account |

Blonde is able to manage customer accounts. A customer current account is an account similar to a bank current account showing the financial balance of the customer against your business. The balance could be credited by deposits of the customer and by bonuses given to the customer on previous purchases. Customer account changes are not always the result of actual cash flows. Deposits for high value services (hair extensions, wedding makeup etc.) do involve cash movements. However, giving bonuses to customers on past purchases is not associated with an actual cash flow. In both cases the customer current account is increased and customers may use their current account balance for paying for (a part of the) services. Using customer current accounts is a very effective way to give loyalty discounts to customers. A loyalty bonus is credited to the customer account only for the part of the retail sales not covered by loyalty bonus itself. E.g. members of a specific customer group have a 5% discount on the turnover. Let's suppose that a worksheet of L100 is paid by L60 by cash and L40 by previous credits as loyalty bonus. The actual loyalty bonus credited for this worksheet is only 60 * 5% = £ 3 instead of 100 * 5% = £ 5. This feature is included in
