What is Blonde Connect?
The Blonde Connect program gives Blonde support technicians the ability to remotely access your computer for troubleshooting and demonstration purposes. Our support technicians can analyze the configuration of your system, view and edit your files and registry, view and comment on your screen and control your system for troubleshooting. |

Once your session begins, at any time, you can press the STOP keys to discontinue the session. We will not be able to reconnect.

How does it work? |

Contact us to receive a 20 minute access PIN or enter your Client ID.
|
|||||||||
DOWNLOAD the software package and click on RUN. The software will install into a temporary internet folder, on closing Blonde Connect all files will automatically be removed.

|||||||||
A chat window will automatically open and you will have direct contact with a Blonde support technician.
|
|||||||||
Permission can then be given for the technician to have remote access to your computer for troubleshooting. See table below for levels of access.

After issues are resolved Blonde Connect can be closed.
